Nursing Moms?

I have a 2 week old, and I am nursing on demand. I am wondering if I should just skip the calorie counting section until she is a bit older and not living solely off me? Anyone have any experience with breast feeding and weightloss?

In my opinion, you should just continue to eat when hungry and skip calorie counting until she's a bit older. The last thing you want to do is mess with your milk production or to eat too little and feel crap on top of the sleepless nights
Hang in there hun, just keep eating and worry about weightloss a little further down the track x0 -
I agree don't count. Aim for healthy meals lots of water and enjoy this sweet.time. it goes by all too quickly"!0

Just try to eat healthy meals for now. Make sure you drink plenty of water! I commend you for breastfeeding. It really is a wonderful experience!0
