Eating Your Extra Exercise Calories

Ok, I've just started doing MyFitnessPal. I've had some huge workouts lately (150 minutes cycling outside) which calc'd out at around 1300 calories burned. My question is - can I still lose weight if I "eat" those calories that I burned? I programed in what my weight loss goals are and just want to make sure I'm not jinxing myself by eating them.

That's the theory. But if you're going strictly by the calories MFP SAYS you burn, know that it estimates notoriously high. Eat back some, but not all. (Maybe half, if that.)0

If you're going to eat them back, do yourself a favour and be darn sure you're calculating them right.
1300 is a huge calorie burn, how did you measure it?0
