I have asthma and 3 weeks ago, I would cough and wheeze for several hours after a brisk 45 minute walk. Tonight, I did a 5K on the treadmill, walking/jogging for 49 minutes and I have had no coughing or wheezing at all afterward! WOOHOOOO!!! I can breathe and my lungs can build capacity!

Congrats!
I used to cough badly when running too, then i learned to pace myself. Then i realized i had learned to pace myself
I've just got to watch out when it's cold out, i tend to start out too fast, and i only realize it when i start coughing again....0 -
That's awesome! Good job! I don't have breathing issues, but I have horrible leg cramps when I work out. If I can get through a couple of weeks consistently, they will go away. But it's been a year since I've been there. I love this community. I am inspired & feel like this is it!0
