Im looking for some new friends on MFP. I lost 18lbs before my wedding and 3 months later I have put 9lbs back on!!! So Im trying to get back on track.

Im 5ft8 and currently weigh about 12st. Would love to get down to 11st.

    Hi... I'm 5'7 and 12.25 stone. I've got a goal weight of close to 11 stone as well (first goal is 72kg = 11.3 stone).

    I'm a little over 5'10 and weigh 153.5. Would love to get down to 135 or 140. What type of cardio and weights do you ladies do? :)
