I have maintained my goal weight of under 200 pounds for seven weeks now. I have lost weight before and then gained it back so I consider this a major success. Every day is still a battle for me. I think maintenance is key. Lifelong maintenance is key. I am also still losing inches and gaining lean muscle so that's also great. My waist is now at 37 inches while at the same weight. I do pretty much my same exercise regime that I had been doing but I have increased my calories a little.
