Logging weightlifting

I do the 30 mins of cardio and then lift. When trying to track the work, can't seem to find an accurate number for the stuff I'm doing. So I use something generic.

Anyone know where I can find some good equations?

Like how many calories burned during pushups, or bench press, or bar dips?

    found this on live strong site seems to workl for me your weight X number of minutes times .039 for a normal work out or times .042 for circut training it works for me at least
