HI-5 - and I worked out this AM.!!!! I was Sooooo proud of myself - till I ate a 6 cheese bagel at 6 AM. It will impact the rest of my food today I know it will! I promise myself to be healthy this year! Hey I'm only 53 guys!

    I have heard that a lot of carbs in the am will keep the cravings down the rest of the day.
