Figuring out food on MFP

So, I made a pot roast, how do I add that in? Mine contained chuck roast, carrots, celery and sweet potatoes. I had maybe about one cup.

    Create a new recipe and add all ingredients.

    This. Make sure you put the full amount of everything you put into it and then you can divide it by serving sizes.

    No it won't! Haha... Click on food, click on recipes, click on create new recipe... Then just add what you put in your roast. It's very simple.

    Its really not difficult. You create the new recipe, put in your ingredients and the weights, put in how many servings it makes, put in how many servings you ate. Easy peasy.
