I bought a bag of baby carrots and I kind of want to roast them, but most of the recipes I've been finding are 'glazed' and I'm not looking to make them sweet. Maybe spicy? What ways do you like to cook your baby carrots?

    Brush them with olive oil sprinkle with salt and roast at 350 F. If you want heat you can use spicy oil or sprinkle with cayenne pepper

    Baby carrots cook quickly so be careful not to overcook
