Progress picture... Embarrassing before pic!

I know we're probably all embarrassed of our "before" pictures. The picture on the left was taken about 18 months ago. The one on the right is today. I have about 34 pounds to go!

    Thank you! I do mainly planks, bridges and scissor kicks for the core. I also do 35 minutes on the ellipitical every day and I tighten my core intermittently while I'm doing that.

    Thank you! I do mainly planks, bridges and scissor kicks for the core. I also do 35 minutes on the ellipitical every day and I tighten my core intermittently while I'm doing that.

    You were very pretty before, but now.... WOW.

    Most importantly though you probably feel great and you have proven to yourself that you can make any changes you set your mind to.

    As a nice bonus, your "embarrassing before pic" compared to your progress picture will really inspire a lot of people and you should feel awesome about that!

    I have my embarrassing before pics sitting and waiting to be shared once I get some less embarrassing progress pics of my own to share.

    Keep up the good work, and thanks for sharing.

    Thank you so so so much. I'm a work in progress but I am feeling great about what I have accomplished so far. I've been to the gym every day for 50 days as of yesterday and I'm getting ready to head there now :) It's all about commitment!
