5'5" - 135-140pounds, goal 120-125pounds

Is there anyone else out there like this?

I am 5'5", weight fluctuates in the range of 135-140, wanting to get down to 120-125. This week I restarted the Brazil Butt Lift program, and am considering the Atkins diet.
It should be so easy to lose these 10-15 pounds.... but been struggling with this for a while. Too many hours at work and too many excuses!

    If your doing the bbl you need the carbs! For any booty program carbs are ok so i wouldn't suggest atkins
    Check your calories and see if your eating enough, ive upped mine about 300 more than usual and its working well

    You're right I don't eat enough... and when I do eat it's late at night after I get off work and make dinner for the husband. Of course he wants bulking food, and doesn't understand I can't eat beef, potatoes, cheese, pasta and bread type foods at 9:00 or 10:00 at night.
    He doesn't approve of a low-carb diet at all. (not that I care if he approves, but you know what I'm saying)
    Atkins just seems simple enough and few ingredients.

    I just want this damn weight to come off!
