Wow that's pretty amazing. 18 months! What are you doing besides diet? General activity or hitting the gym all the time?0

Thank you! I work out 7 days a week. I've had 4 surgeries in the past two years so it has been difficult to lose the weight. It seemed like every time I'd get into a good rythym at the gym and eating right, I'd get sick and have to have a surgery, recover, and then start all over to get myself motivated. I really started very hard at it August 1st. I had my last surgery in June (gallbladder removal) and gave myself 7 weeks to recover. I'm doing the best I've ever done in my entire life now with exercise and diet. I almost feel like I'm becoming addicted to working out. I crave it. And I've never been addicted to anything in my life. It's a great "addiction"!
By the way, none of the surgeries were related. Just random things...0 -
