I have been using this site on and off for two years now and need to get serious about it, I am looking for some support to help me on my journey.

    Hi there,

    I'm up for the challenge and ready to support you on your journey. What makes you ready to get serious now? I know when I needed to lose weight I kept being told by my family that I was unhealthy but that sure didn't do it for me, I needed to do it for myself so only when I was ready did I make the change. What about you? Why now?
