Has anyone used it? Is it worth the purchase (actually thinking Christmas list)? Any suggestions on what color band to buy? I weigh 128 pounds (still losing) and have very little upper body strength due to past surgeries. I can't do a pull up on my own. I can only press about 40 pounds.

From what I understand, the red bands provide 66-100 pounds of assistance. Is that enough?

    I have not seen Pull Up Revolution, but I know Beachbody sells a pull up assist that you can adjust by removing bands as you get stronger. It should be under the P90X gear section in their website.
