Hello everyone! My name is Katy. I'm 35, single, and I'm from Fort Worth, Texas. I have MS, so lately, I've become sedentary. Right now, my goal is to lose 45 pounds, however, if I lose a little less than that, and look and feel ok, and am at a healthy weight, I might just be ok with that. Most people say they just want to be healthier. And, while that is an important thing to me too, I would be lying if I said I wasn't doing this also because I just don't like the way I look. I feel ugly and repellent. Anyway, I just found this site, as it was recommended to me by a friend. I'm hoping that it will help me to make this journey a bit easier. Anyway, nice meeting ya! ~ Katy

    Hi! My name is Jessi. I am 30. I been married to my husband for almost 11 years. I have 4 kids and have a very stressful household. My goal is to lose 10-15 pounds. So far I am down 60. Its been a long hard battle. I was 5 pounds from my goal when our world turned upside down. I am a stress eater. I lead a very very hectic life. I have a almost 6 year old son with medical problems. We found out he has a cyst on his brain and they can't/won't opperarte unless it grows. In the mean time I now have a child with mood disorders, ADHD, speech delays, problems with his fine,gross, and sensory motor skills and can't control his bathroom habbits. I work at a casino as a blackjack dealer. I only do this part time since we have a different kind of therapy almost everyday Sometimes 3 times in one day. I need a friend to keep me on track, to swap quick and easy recipes and to keep me responsible for the pan of cookies I eat. If you would like to partner up my email is cazaer3@yahoo.com
  • Congratulations on joining this site. I just started about 4 weeks ago and it has been great. I have a lot of weight to lose but my main concern is my health. I have high blood pressure and I know that if I lose weight and exercise it will get better. My motivation is my son. Hopefully keeping track of your food and exercise will help you out. too
