Today I roughly drank 26 glasses of water.
Did Turbo Kick this morning (cardio kickboxing) and did 5 minutes of Nike Training an hour ago.
I was as thirsty as a fish today, and now at 10pm, my body says "aiight we're good !"
Norally I'll drink 18-21 glasses.

5'3
Female
SW: 240lbs
CW: been going up but last I logged was 222.

    Just in the title...

Water intoxication is a rather sudden thing. Electrolyte levels drop, and you collapse. There's really not a lot of warning or build up.

In other words, if you have time to wonder about it, and post to mfp about it, it's not an issue.

Wouldnt you have to drink a ridiculous amount of water all at once for something to happen.

One time I drank too much water at once and vomited. What a waste of water, I tell ya

Same here. drank 5 gallons of water in like 10 min on a bet kept up chucking for 45 min after so not worth the win. :noway: But agree not intoxication, just body trying to balance.
