Best home cholesterol kit available in Australia?

I don't quite know whether this belongs into this forum, but it seems to be the best place to ask.
My cholesterol was always okay, then after half a year of not running, but general exercise, and MFP, and a month of alternate-day fasting, it was all of a sudden dangerously up. That is, total is up, HDL is also up which is supposed to be keeping the overall bad effect in check.
Half a year later of eating oats and oatmeal almost every day (plus the apple I was having every day anyway) and it seems to be still up.
But I don't find yearly or at best half-yearly checks good enough. So I'm looking for a home cholesterol kit that
1) is reasonably accurate (as best we know) and
2) measures as many as possible out the possible target values: total cholesterol, LDL, HDL, triglycerides, and
3) I can get in Australia (even if that means mail order).
Oh, and if anyone knows of a good app to log that, I'd also appreciate. MFP is a bit less than ideal in this respect.
