Been on MFP for 2 Years and FAILING!

During my first year on MFP, I tracked things religiously and constantly worked out. But entering my second year I had a job switch and I started school and I just lost motivation. I am now just entering my third year here on MFP and really need support to get myself back where I need to be. I have gained back weight and my doctor has told me to just "SIU" (suck it up), and get myself moving again and focusing on food. Any suggestions or motivators would be wonderful. I feel awful for having done this to my body and have almost given up hope.

Yay to you for not giving up!
Rather than feel bad about what you've done to your body, feel PROUD of yourself that you're taking steps to recover! I have a sign on my fridge that says "Just GO" which means no matter how you feel just go workout.
I also have a magnet that says "YOU are the only one who can change YOUR life." You are welcome to explore my blog for some funny stories and motivation. Blessings! JJ0 -
There have been some great threads on here with quotes. Find the ones that inspire you and post them up around the house (fridge, bathroom mirror, back of front door). One of my tricks to get myself moving in the morning is to put my workout clothes right next to the bed so it is the first thing I see when I open my eyes. You can do it believe in yourself.0

Your fridge magnet reminds me of another thing my doctor told me. He said to live the Nike slogan - Just Do It!
I just have such a hard time focusing. I know what I need to do, I just have a hard time doing it. I've even taken post-it notes and posted them around my house with sayings. It just doesn't move me like it should.0 -
Your doctor is a winner. Suck it up and move forward. You have this.
Keep active. Don't forget that keeping active is key, and that your muscles will be made in the gym, but your BODY is made in the kitchen.
