Smoking (so as not to hijack other thread)
Yeah, smoking. On a fitness/health site, is it unreasonable to expect that most of us don't smoke (even if we once did)? Personally, I find it rather incomprehensible that there are still people who do.
Then again, I still eat donuts, so who am I to judge?

I am not lucky/smart enough so as to have my weight as my only problem.. It used to be the least of my problems. After an accident that kept me from doing what i loved most back then (water polo) i got myself into all kinds of substance abuse. I am clean from whatever you can think of the last 2 years. Smoking as i mentioned in the other thread is the last thing i allow to myself. Also, in greece smoking is pretty much socially acceptable0

I know it's much more socially acceptable in Europe in general, but it doesn't make it more healthy.
However, kudos to you for your progress and your ability to overcome adversity. I don't mean to be judgmental, it's just something I don't understand, I guess. Especially on a site like this.0 -
