    Definitely not Mrs. Howell. That privileged bish has probably never made one in her life.

    My bet is on Marianne because Ginger always got taken out for dinner, so she probably hasn't made one either.

    Mary Anne she was country and just wanted to be a good little home maker, so her sandwich making skills would be superb.

    Mrs. Howell was extremely wealthy so she could have her servants make the sandwiches.

    Ginger was a movie star. She didnt know how to boil water, and her meals consisted of uppers and alcohol.
