Hi. I'm looking for an app that will let me create my own intervals, but it should also have some type of alert if I'm not at a certain pace/speed for each interval. For instance, I want the following intervals:
6 mph for 30 seconds (If I'm below 6 mph during this interval, there should be an alarm/alert)
5 mph for 30 seconds (If I'm below 5 mph during this interval, there should be an alarm/alert)
3.5 mph for 30 seconds (If I'm below 3.5 mph during this interval, there should be an alarm/alert)
Thanks!

Try adidas micoach. There are apps for both iphone and android. You are able to create your own interval workouts from their website (micoach.com) and sync them to your mobile. If you complete a 12 minute assessment workout, the program will automatically determine your "levels" (blue, green, yellow and red corresponding to your level of effort) or you can manually enter a specific pace for each level. You can schedule workouts in advance and even upload pre-made workouts depending on your fitness goals - I am following their schedule for half-marathon training. If you have an iphone and compatible HRM, you can set your levels based on HR. The unfortunate drawback is this feature is not compatible with the android app. Oh, and it's free!

Thank you. I had actually downloaded this the other day and hadn't done the assessment, so didn't know about all of the features. Thanks.

The Runtastic App let's you do that too. You can set three different intervalls and voice feedback which tells you if you are above or below. Works very well for me.
