Hot Chocolate

OK I'm wanting to know the calories in Hot chocolate made with milk (I can find that one) versus Hot chocolate made with water like at the gas station? Help please!!

    shrug add them separately.

    8 oz of milk is definitely extra calories. If I was having chocolate milk regularly? I'd make a meal with how I make it- and just always use that one- I'd use milk- and err on side of more calories in it than I think. (even if it was crappy water gas station hot chocolate)

    Depends on the brand and size and type of milk. The powdered stuff has nutrition info for the powder only (80 calories ish) for an 8oz cup (guaranteed smaller than what you're getting when you buy one.) Add that to your calories from the type of milk you choose.

    A tall (12oz = small) Starbucks hot chocolate with no whipped cream and 2% milk is 230 calories. Does that help?
