Getting started again

Hi all!

This website was recommended to me by a friend over the weekend. I have tried diets and fitness, but never seemed to keep up with it and lost all the progress I made. For example, last year I started running with my husband even though I really hate running. After a few months I even got some tiny abs going. But then the weather got bad, so did my health, and after that I never picked it up again.

But I feel that with this website keeping up with everything I do and getting support from the forums I can actually keep up with this lifestyle for a much, much longer time!

I know my goal is only a couple pounds, but my ultimate goal is to stick to that weight and not quit my good diet and fitness ever!

I hope you guys will help me out, I'm gonna need it!

  • Welcome!! I started again back in May...and got off track when vacation time came...and then it went. I still did nothing about it.

I started back again today myself...this website seems great, so many useful tools and friends to help with the weight loss...and keep it off for good!

    Best Wishes!!!

  • Hi there!

I very much feel off the wagon over the the past month or so. Stress, work, and life in general added up to a 10 lb. gain. Good luck to you both!

    Thanks =)
I really feel that if I get a better look at the things I eat and what I do to stay fit it's gonna be so much easier. I enjoy food a lot too, I live in Italy at the moment so I kind of have to haha. Fortunately sea food and pasta isn't that bad, I just have to make sure I don't fall for their delicious pizzas too often.

Looking forward to seeing some progress!

    Hi Everyone,

I feel like I'm starting again. I have been recording my food, watching what I eat but it creeps up on you.

So tonight I entered the seven pounds I gained back, that hurt, because it backs up the history and everything is in the
    red zone.

I redid my goals, do I really exercise for 60 minutes seven days a week. No. I changed it to 30 min 7 days a week.

So the truth is hard to look at.

I'm glad you are all here, it took a bit to find you.
