I am starting over. I realize that in order to be successful, I need MFP family. I am reaching out to those who have been in my shoes to help me on this journey. I was given orders by my physican to rid myself of at least 60lbs. PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!! Looking forward to chatting with you all.
