So according to the scale, I've lost 3 lbs this week. But it's an older one with no tenths needle on it. how accurate could it be?

i used an older one which tells me i'm down 8lbs so this morning i decided to start using the digital and now i'm in trouble cause it's showing 190 which is 10lbs more - in the pass when i used both just to make sure, they results were just about 1or2lb apart0
