Tofu, it's better than you think. Google some recipes.
And abs are made by a calorie deficit, clean or dirty doesn't matter if visible abs are the goal.0 -
You don't need to eat "clean" to have visible abs.
Your abs are there, you just have to shed the fat covering them. A caloric deficit (made up of any foods, dirty or clean) will do that.0 -

Yeah... I remember a bodybuilder talking about his french toast "dirty" cut. Sounded pretty awesome.0 -

and there is no such thing as "Clean eating". If abs are made in the kitchen, choose a lower FAT diet.0 -

dirty or clean? i like the way you think0 -
What keeps me interested is NOT trying to eat clean. You can incorporate all the foods you love into a healthy diet and still progress towards your goals.

I always eat way too much of low fat (read: generally higher-carb) foods because they never satisfy. And then there's things like carrots(my favorite vegetable) that never seem to satisfy at all for more than half an hour. Be reasonable about the fat, but seriously. You need a fair amount of fat in your diet. Us ladies set ourselves up for all sorts of problems with low fat diets, with the most extreme cases being osteoporosis or reproductive problems.0 -

Errrr NO.
Choose a lower CALORIE diet.
Eating fat doesn't make you fat, fat is sating and can keep you fuller for longer, plus several vitamins are fat soluble.
Eating too many calories in ANYTHING makes you fat.
You need fat - it is an essential nutrient.

How will regularity improve ab visibility? Please explain.
Caloric deficit, not low fat intake, will produce fat loss.0 -
There's nothing that would keep me interested in "clean" eating.0

Why a lower fat diet? Fat doens't make you fat.
