Of course it's ok.
If you're not happy with your body, it's also ok to work out and modify that body fat %.
And, some methods of determining body fat are very unreliable.0 -

What JW said above. Sure it's ok. If it's not what you want, though, you can change it. Unless you're pretty short, at that weight I'd probably focus on dropping inches instead of pounds, which probably means strength training. You can reduce your BF% by adding muscle, not just by dropping fat, and the inches will still go down.0
