Newbie with 40 pounds to lose.

Okay please someone or any one wish me luck! I just finished my own walk-run schedule of 40 minutes and I feel great! I am a new mom that has not exercised in ooooooooh the last 4 years :( I have set a realistic goal of 10-15 pounds before December 31st 2013. I really hope this is not the first and last post from me. I am really trying to have faith in myself this time round. Oh yeah I am a type one diabetic on a insulin pump if any one else is struggling with weigh loss or has any suggestions for me :)

  • Good luck with your program. You have a very realistic goal and I know you can do it.
  • Thanks...... I feel good with my first week having lost 3 pounds. I'm sure it's water weight but still it looks good on the scale. I walk/run 3 days and did my 1st yoga class with in the last 10 years!!! I feel good about this week :)
