Improvising weight training

Okay, so I am disabled, only income being SSI and the few things I found online to do to make money. I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions on what I can use to make my own weights at home. I need to do some strength training, but can't afford to buy weights. Any advice would be lovely.

Well, first start with body weight (calisthenics) and then work your way to weights. That will give you time to save a few bucks here and there and you can get a cheap used set from somewhere like Craigslist.0
