    great job girl - you lost it quickly - so the key is to keep it off so that when you are 45 you are not trying to lose it again - it doesn't happen as fast the next time you try to lose it. I am very happy for you! Now enjoy life and teach those kiddos the good habits you learned! :)

    Thank you!! It's been a long time coming, I've been overweight or obese my entire life. I try to walk atleast 3 days a week for atleast 20 minutes, I stopped eating white bread, white rice, all I eat is whole grain stuff. I stopped drinking things with sugar in them I only drink water except once in a while I'll splurge and get a pumpkin spice or something other than that the only sugar I get is from fruits I eat. Measure out serving sizes no fast food unless its a salad veggie burger or turkey burger nothing fried. I allow myself one cheat day a week where I can do whatever I want without worrying about calories :] But everyone is different so what worked for me may not work for you :]
