Low in calories, high in protein and vegetarian - any tipps?

Hi there,

does someone have a tipp for something filling to eat that's low in calories and high in protein? It must be really low in calories, because it's for my fasting day and there are only 200 calories for lunch. At the moment I always eat veggies, but they don't keep me full for the rest of the afternoon.

Please only vegetarian choices.

    Boca vegan burgers are a good option. There are also a number of products from gardein, boca, morningstar and quorn that might fit the bill.

    What is a fasting day? That sounds horrible.

    That's how I eat and it works fine for me.

    It's not horrible (for me), it's a practible way to loss way and stay healthy. I'm quiet sure, it's not for everyone.

    greek yogurt.

    It mostly eat yoghurt for dinner on my fasting days, so I defenitly need something different for lunch. (Especially because I don't like joghurt at all and have to force me to eat it)

    I'm not going to comment on the diet.



    But if you don't wanna make some protein pancakes, or mix tofu or tempeh in with a stirfry for your lunch? Or eggs if you eat them (egg whites are awesome protein). Or a protein bar/shake?
