    Stir-fry vegetables with shrimp.

    I love fish tacos! I use the Gorton's butter/garlic fillets and 50 calorie corn tortillas. Use both fillets and portion them out between 3 tortillas. Add chopped cabbage (or lettuce), tomato, light sour cream, onion, cilantro and Voila! They are a total of about 395-425 calories. You can play with it a bit and add a little shredded cheese, black beans, etc.

    1/2 plate veggies steamed or roasted.

    1/4 plate brown rice (soy sauce)

    1/4 plate chicken breast baked or broiled.

    idk why this is very satsfying to me. prolly how i season it. prolly not gr8 on sodium.

    I love tacos but never tried that type of fish, usually tilapia.
    Need to look into stir fry, I have a couple of woks...electric and standard...collecting dust.
    Ok, looking forward to researching ideas now.

    This sounds delicious. What brand tortillas do you use?
  • Basmati rice, shrimp and sweet chilli and garlic sauce
    A piece of salmon with green beans and butternut pumpkin
    2 pieces of white fish and veges
    Pumpkin soup and some bread
    Chicken breast marinated in pita bread and steamed vegetables
    Basically, there are alot of good 500 calorie dinner options around if you balance a protein with carbs.
