Help! My sister is getting married in June and I am fat. I weigh 135 and want to weigh 120 then. Can I do it? My friend told me about this app and said I should get friends here to help me. So, I need friends.:smile:

    My first suggestion is just to be focused on being healthy and not what the scales say. You are perfect just the way you are sweetie, but if you want to feel better there is nothing wrong with exercise and eating good foods. Congratulations to your sister on her engagement and on having a wonderful sister like you.
