Hi MFP friends!
I recently lost about 50 pounds!
I've been using this site since 2010 and have been absolutely amazed by the friendliness and supportive attitudes of everyone on her! I've really tried to channel my experiences into helpful videos about health and fitness and I would be so, so honored if you guys would check them out <3

    Wow, I watched all your videos, very helpful! I enjoyed your substitutions, I have a few too, like sugar free pudding made with skim milk for ice cream. and plain popcorn for that crispy craving! I did want to say that your video about your journey was so real and helpful. I have not gotten too skinny, but I think you probably relate to tons of people since you have been big, and underweight. It is rare for someone to have insight on both sides of the fence.
