Ok this may be a stupid questions, but Im trying to learn servings and portion control and etc. Well I know when I track my food on here alot of times it is alreay in the database. But what do I do when I have had something in the database and I had less then what MFP has as an option. I used 1% milk and only had 3/4 of a cup, and MFP database has it as 1 cup...How do I get the right amount in my food dairy ? Please Im new at this and just can't seem to figure it out....Thanks for any help and advice

use decimals such as .75 for 3/4 of a serving or .5 for half of a serving0
-
            enter in .75 of a cup0

If you click in the serving box, you can change it from 1.0 to 0.75. :happy:0

My problem comes when the food is in ounces (like blackberries and I only had 2-I really need a scale, I know) or ml and I have no clue how to do the metric conversion.0
