AMAZING DIET TIPS!!!

- Think of eating as, “what am I gonna put in my body today”, not “what am I gonna eat today”
- Try drinking a bottle of water before each meal. Not only will it help you to get all the water you need but it’ll help you feel fuller quicker. If your still hungry afterwards wait 20mins. Still hungry? Then drink another bottle. STILL HUNGRY? Go ahead and eat a little more.
- Eat smaller portions more often. I know this is said a lot but it really benefits you. It helps people who emotional eat or eat because they’re bored (THIS IS ME) (since you’ll be putting food in your mouth more often, instead of thinking, its been hours since I ate & I’m bored so let’s find something to eat) & it helps your metabolism speed up. Try every 3 hours, or when you get a little bit hungry so you’ll get fuller quicker. Don’t wait until your starving because then you’ll pig out!
- Try mixing in a 1/2 to a teaspoon of cinnamon in your milk. It adds a better taste & cinnamon helps speed up your metabolism.
So far that’s the tips that really stand out to me. I’m not a dietitian nor fitness expert but I’m just sharing some tips that work well w/me or that I’m eager to try out.

I made a potluck sandwich today that ended up delicious! I had a few left over shrimp, diced them up, added diced celery and red onion, tsp of greek yogurt, 1/2 tsp spicy mustard,1/2 tomato sliced, and a sandwich thin. It was Yummy and less than 200 calories!0
