Not working out = feeling lazy and tired?

Some people have it the other way around, they are too lazy to work out. However for me I feel useless and tired without working out for a few days. It's been over 1.5 years since I never skipped a work out. I would workout 3-5x a week.
I never had a FULL WEEK of rest (3 consecutive was my tops). I timed this to align for a 5 day cruise and I did manage to workout but very minimal.
My body is used to excessive cardio each weekend whether it's a 40+mile bike ride or a 10+ mile run.
I had a full night sleep at 8-9 hours and had my regular dose of coffee and I just feel way too exhausted.
Has this happened to anyone?

Yes, this week has been the same for me. No bike riding for a week! The reason I am not riding is because my bottom and bits have been hurting on long rides (20+ miles). It's the seat! Time to replace it. I ordered one online but may take a week for delivery (back ordered). I cannot get my fat *kitten* in the gym (too lazy).0

It would make sense that if your body is used to consistent cardio that you would feel off if you didn't work out. Happens to me all the time which is why I try not to go more than 2 days without working out. It's no biggie, just a reminder of how amazing exercising makes you feel!0

after about 3 days I feel fat. I can't NOT work out. 2 days I can manage- but after about 3 I feel fat.
If you've been doing it a while- you get used to that feeling and you need it. It's not a particularly unusual feeling for people who regularly train.0 -
I work out six days a week, & when I take my rest day, I feel weird. I think about exercising even on my off day, haha. Sometimes I might just do a light round of pilates on my off day, but that's about it.0
