A little something about me: I am a 53 year old wife of a professional man. I have four sons (28, 24, 22 and 19) nearly grown. I have five cats too. Have put on weight during menopause and am looking for friends in the same boat that would like to exchange encouragement and tips.

    I am not in menopause yet but am sure it will start sooner rather than later as I am turning 47 this month also have t1 diabetes which makes things more difficult. Would love to lend support on your journey. FR sent
