After starting off with a BMI of 31.9 ("obese"), I've finally dropped down into the normal range! Today it's 24.8!

I too have just become "Normal" again, depending on who you ask of course. 75 pounds gone - the weight of my 9 year old grand daughter. Nearing goal weight - started in early March 2013 - eating healthy and exercising at intense levels has done the trick. Haven't been this weight since High School some 42+ years ago. Yippee!!!
