I'm 19, second year of University, part time job and struggling to keep motivated. With all this work it's so hard to make time for eating healthy and exercise, so I need some friends who understand what im going through! my diet literally consists of kraft dinner and granola bars and stuff

I'm 19 and a first year at uni. I have to cook for myself. But healthy food is pretty expensive!

I'm a twenty-three year old university student, in my last year (yay!) of my program... Psych major and Women's Studies minor. Apart from that... I am a homebody and a bookworm. I don't really enjoy sports or much exercise (bad past experiences...) but I do walk a lot. Sometimes I try to get some strength training in too

I work 40+ hours a week as a mobile secuirty officer, full time student, student mentor and tutor. A.S. in Criminal Justice and I'll be done in febuary, then I am enrolling to get my fire technology degree and EMT liscence. I don't have time, however somehow I manage to fit things inbetween and I really am not entirely sure how. I only started this thing yesterday, so I am stil very unsure what I am doing.
