Nothing major really, but all body weight shtuff. Dead lifts, alternating lunges, sumo squats, wall push ups, standing side crunches etc.

I prefer other types of shower workouts.0

Yeah someone suggested that and it works the only problem is adds time to my already too long showers. Feel guilty about the water going down the drain.
PS-don't forget kegels, LOL0 -
Yup!!
I dance like a crazy to my tunes!!!
The workout is in not falling and breaking something, haha0 -
I often forget I don't have my fitbit on me in the shower & continue walking. Other than that, if I did anything in the shower other than shower it's a waste of water & not to mention a little dangerous considering the shower is in the bathtub.0

I used to workout in the shower..wen I was kid.it was mainly bodyweight exercises like push ups, handstand push ups, judo push ups, diamond dips, abdominal exercises, lunges ,squats, calf raise etc nd I also used my buckets as a free weight ..0

 I will start doing squats and leg lifts while I'm washing my hair. Thanks for the tip. I like to save time. ...And, for the ppl in the other thread who said that they didn't have time to shower after a workout, maybe this is an option.0

That is a waste of water :-(0

someone's already made the expected shower sex reference, so I'll just be serious: after I workout, I like to stretch in the shower. I find that the hot water helps me bend a bit further.0

I am way too much of a klutz to try working out in the shower. My luck I'd kill myself in the process.0

I am a board certified and MD approved shower trainer. We'll get those calories burned off in no-time at all. My license only allows me to work with the opposite sex.0 -
