On Saturday I attended a ball and managed to (comfortably!) wear the dress that I have never really ever fit - even when I wore it at my High School ball 7 years ago.
My profile photo shows the result of my 14 kg (30 pounds) weight loss thanks to MyFitnessPal over the last year. After being inspired by so many of your wonderful success stories and photos over the last few months I'm excited to finally pop on, say 'Hi', and at last share my own little milestone.
Just wanted to say a big thank you to you all for being a constant source of motivation to me
