    Cheese is good, I like cheese also.

    This evening for dinner I had macaroni cheese (homemade cheddar sauce) with extra cheddar and mozzarella on top. Yesterday I made lamb lasange, with 4 types of cheese (ricotta, cheddar, mozzarella and parmesan)

    If it fits your cals/macros, why not enjoy some of your favourite things, everything in moderation right? (Note: I don't have cheese EVERY day, it's just been a bit more often recently)

    This is my first post ever on the My Fitness Pal boards, but I saw your cheese post and just had to comment. Girl, I am right there with you! I freaking LOVE cheese!! It is my favorite thing to eat in the whole world. My husband always jokes that cheese is like my crack, so I know that I am right there with you needing cheese rehab... :laugh:

    Kidding? Oh no those are fabulous too. Cheese in a can has to be on Chicken Biscuit crackers.

    I like most cheese. Didn't used to like "old" but now love it. And McLaren's - heaven! (comes in a little red round tub.) Asiago is another favorite. Even like processed cheese melted in my omelette! but otherwise not so much. Now I want cheese...
