Protein for a day - enough?

Hey everyone!
i am vegan and currently trying to lose some weight and body fat
i am working out a lot, cardio and lifting heavy and i just wanted to ask how do i know the best amount of protein for me for a day?
the fitness pal said i need about 45 a day but i think thats a bit low for me no?

would be happy to hear your opinion

im 170cm
weight 69 kilos

    I aim for 20-30% of my daily calories as protein. That may be tough to achieve as a vegan, though.

    About 0.9 grams to 1 gram x lean body weight in lbs. So if your lean mass is 100 lbs, you'd eat a minimum of 90 to 100 grams of protein to help minimize loss of lean mass. If you are 5'7" at 152 lbs and only wish to lose 11 lbs then ideally a loss of 0.5 lb (.23 kg) is recommended. Anything greater than that and you are risking excessive loss of lean mass among other things.
