insanity workout after an injury

I started the insanity workout a while back and only got to 8 days when i broke my metatarsal its been about 8 weeks and i feel its fully healed, should i star where i left off or re start the whole thing?

I would do something less high impact after only 8 weeks of healing. Insanity is balls to the wall, bone crunching fun. Emphasis on the bone-crunching!
You can always come back to it in a month or two when you can be sure that you won't stress fracture it.0 -
I do my Insanity over an ol' yoga mat. It has helped a lot and decreased significantly the stress on joints. Although my problem is mostly on my wrists.0

I got a stress fracture of my 2nd metatarsal at the end of January. I still have discomfort if I wear high heels, flip flops or if I do a workout that involves bending my foot (especially lunges). And I'm 9 MONTHS out.
I would be very careful jumping back into something that's so intense.0
