In the morning I make a Yoplait - Triple Berry Smoothie I use one bag and from the bag is one glass for me and one glass for my husband. Now my question is when I log the smoothie on my diary I can select the Yoplait - Triple Berry Smoothie, 1 packet 140 calories. Do I need to select the 2% milk that used to make it separate?

You can do this one of two ways - either enter all of the ingredients separately (yes, that does mean adding the milk) and divide the portions by 2 since you and your husband split the smoothie, or add it to your recipes, mark that it serves 2, and add a serving to your diary. Regardless, you do need to enter each ingredient that goes into your smoothie.
I have smoothies for breakfast every day and I put a lot of strange ingredients in them so my log is LOOOOOOONG a lot of times, but it's always nutritious and usually yummy, too.
