Hello, my name is Cassandra. I am at the point where I am disappointed at myself for how much weight I have allowed myself to gain over the years. I've always been bigger, but I've reached my max point. I am serious about my weightloss and ready to work for results. I tend to make excuses and depend on people. I have lost weight several times. The most was 46 lbs in 3 months. I went to the gym daily and ate very healthy and cut down on carbs. But I don't have that self control anymore. I'm so weak I won't usually even last a day. This is embarrassing for me but I am reaching out for support. I think that will help me very much. I will be logging my food and exercise intake everyday. I hope that by reading everyone's success, that will motivate me everyday. Like a team. I know it's cheesy, but at this point, anything for that extra push. :) I want to be healthy and fit. Not let food control me or to be lazy. I want to be active and energized! :)

  • I know how you feel, I've gain over 30 pounds in months. I feel like I've lost all control. It's nice to know there's other people out there who understand. Good luck on your journey!

    Same here! My biggest weightloss was 80 pounds. I got settled, had a child and just "gave up" on my healthy lifestyle and the weight just piled up.

    My goal is to lose 75 pounds this time and I'm down 17 so far. I definitely have my ups and downs and days where I just want to cram everything I see into my mouth but then I log into MFP and see all the people on my friendslist posting their awesome days and it makes me stay on track and accountable for what I do each day.

    It's so much better with friends :)
