    This is attempt 3-4 for me in the last 14 years. You can do it if you stick with it. I have had bad days, weeks, even months...... But never gave up.

    I'm 5'6", not super tall but taller than average.

    This weight feels amazing, I haven't been this weight in over 14 years! It def LOOKS different after being obese and having 2 children, than it did before all of it. I wouldn't change it for the world,though! Good luck!
