My goal is 15kg (33lbs) total loss by Christmas - I started a month ago and I've lost 5kg so far so 10kg to go in 9 weeks. It's a bit of a tough aim but I'll give it a go!0

I want to get to my target weight and get back into my healthy eating routine, then I will re-evaluate to see if I need to lose an extra five lbs. or just tone up.

I'm in, my goal is 18 pounds, I think that is doable, it is only 2 pounds a week, 23 would be my fantasy number.0

I would love to lose 15 pounds by Christmas, lift my butt more, slim/tone my thighs, and develop a 4-6 pack!

Realistic goal: reach 142lbs (currently 156lbs). I'm 14lbs away from a healthy BMI...
Christmas wish: reach 127lbs. That's UGW!!
And all the steps in between!!! Finally, getting a flat stomach, run a 5k, drop another pants size.... SO MUCH THINGS TO DO!!0
