Committed!

Hi everyone! I am giving myself a 12 week challenge. A challenge that holds me accountable...gets me back on track, and ends the binging. I am going to be starting up a blog on wordpress to help hold myself accountable as well. I am looking forward to the changes that occur in the next 12 weeks.

Goals:
Lose 10-15lb
End the restrict-binge cycle
Eliminate sugar from my diet (except natural sugars)
Avoid carbs-specifically grains and fruit. (I will be eating vegetables, beans, and dairy).
Keep a food diary (on here)
Track my hunger-fullness levels & emotions-which are my number one binge trigger
Use my Body Media to track exercise-take at least 8000 steps a day!

    Hey! My name's Tam. I really enjoy keeping fit and I like to think I eat quite healthily. But I totally understand what you mean, those emotional times make it hard to be good! If you want a friend to be there for motivation/ make sure you're keeping on track, add me :) I'm looking to lose around 15 in the next 3 months too and get my 5k and 10k running times quicker!
